Refund/Cancellation Policy:

At NeuroSpa, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to every client. To ensure fairness and availability for all, the following policies apply:

Appointments & Cancellations

​

  • 48 Hours or More Notice
    Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Less Than 48 Hours Notice
    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
    Same-day cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable and may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened to avoid delays for other guests.

  • If insufficient time remains, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.

 

Refund Policy

  • Services Rendered: All services are non-refundable once performed.

  • Packages & Prepaid Services: Non-refundable but may be transferred to other services or held as account credit.

  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

 

Memberships 

  • Memberships are non-refundable.

  • Any unused balance remains on the client’s account as credit for future services.

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen on appointment day. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

By booking an appointment with NeuroSpa, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.

Product Refund Policy – NeuroSpa

At NeuroSpa, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. Due to the medical-grade nature of many of our skincare products, the following policy applies:

 

All Sales Final

  • All product purchases are non-refundable.

  • Products may not be returned for cash or credit once purchased.

 

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If a product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, it may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Product must be returned with the original and undamaged packaging.

 

Skin Reactions or Sensitivity

  • We recommend consulting with our providers prior to purchase to ensure product compatibility.

  • In the event of a skin reaction, we may offer an exchange or in-store credit at management’s discretion within 7 days of purchase.

 

Opened or Used Products

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Exchanges are only considered in cases of defect or verified adverse reaction.

 

Policy Enforcement

NeuroSpa reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
